**This post powered by the Confident Mother Birthing Course.
If this is your first time getting ready for a natural birth, are you confused? There is so much information out there! And yet, there isn’t enough.
So I wanted to make this a little easier for you.
Which Natural Birthing Course Is Right For You?
I’ve researched the top natural birthing courses on the web and dug into their nitty-gritties. Then I curated all of the important parts into an easy quiz for you to take.
Just answer a few simple questions and you’ll know right away which course is going to work the best for you.
- They’re not made the same.
- They don’t use all of the same methods.
But we both don’t want you to invest so much time and effort into something that, perhaps, isn’t going to be the best for you.
So let’s figure this out for you, shall we?
Once you get your answer, just follow the directions I have below and you’ll be on your way to finding the perfect course for you!

Simple enough, right? Awesome.

Really Great information here, three out of my four kids were born naturally and when I do have my next child I would love to have a home birth.
That sounds wonderful, Elizabeth! Let me know if I can ever help. 🙂
I got the confident mother. I didn’t have many choices when I had my daughter. There was either the birthing courses at the hospital or getting a midwife. I went with the hospital courses. They were very generic. I’m not sure how much they really prepared me!
I took a hospital course with my first pregnancy too and it was focused on Lamaze techniques. I found them to be kind of bogus when putting into practice. That’s why I read Dr. Bradley’s book too so that I had a few different perspectives. Did you have a natural birth, Candace?
This is such a great resource!! I can’t wait to share it with my audience, I think they will love it!!
That’d be fabulous, Nicole! 🙂
How neat! Yes the various approaches really are different and you have to find a good “fit”. With my first, hubby and I took Bradley classes. I felt that they were excellent preparation. For the next 6, I didn’t do any classes, but read a lot of books.
I’m glad that the first time around that Bradley Methods worked well for you, Carrie! I think that some women don’t have that blessing and are often subjected to an experience that definitely could have been better if their preferences and circumstances were tailored to better. Thanks for your comment. 🙂
Hey Sarah I love how you have tailored the quizzes to match each individual mother’s needs! . I personally took the quiz and the result was the confident mother course. The price you placed on the course was very fair as well. After reading your About Me and seeing you have had 3 children and that you are a woman of God really puts my trust in you more! ! Thanks so much for helping out mothers in believing that they can do what God created their bodies to do!
Thanks so much Heather! You truly are a kindred spirit. 🙂 Let me know if you’d ever like to go through the course.
I would have to recommend this post to my wife so that she will know more on natural birthing. Thanks for sharing!
Thank Dino!
There are so many options out there! This is such a helpful tool for finding which is best for our family. Thank you!
You’re welcome, Tyler! 🙂
What do you recommend for the men? I see you have a book “husband coached childbirth”
Great question, Murray. The quiz does ask if you are wanting to go through a course and be involved in the learning just as much as your wife. So a few courses are tailored to that. But yes, Dr. Bradley’s Husband-Coached Childbirth is an excellent guide for fathers too. Let me know if you have any questions about it. 🙂
